  • Grain only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department via E-mail or WhatsApp, sharing the images of the defective article along with your order number.
  • If you were to, accidentally, receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service department.
